Transfer a live call to a humanTransfers an active in-progress call to a human phone number via Plivo. The bot announces the transfer, then Plivo bridges the caller directly to the destination number. The call's `session.completed` webhook will include transfer metadata when the full call ends. If `to` is omitted, the agent's configured `transferNumber` is used. The agent must have `transferEnabled: true`.
