Toll-Free Numbers
Free-to-call numbers for customers (you pay for incoming calls).
- US/Canada β 1-800, 1-888, 1-877, 1-866
- UK β 0800, 0808
- Cost β Higher per-minute rates, but free for callers
Mobile Numbers
Mobile/cellular numbers that can receive SMS (where supported).
- SMS β Can receive text messages

Setting Up Telephony
Step 1: Choose a Provider
Vocobase integrates with multiple telephony providers:

Step 2: Connect Your Account
- Go to DashboardΒ β Settings β Integrations
- Select your telephony provider
- Enter your API credentials
- Click Connect
Step 3: Provision Numbers
- Go to Telephony β Numbers
- Click Add Number
- Select region and number type
- Choose a specific number or let us assign one
- Link the number to an agent
